| 1) I can't see this site: If you're having trouble viewing this site, it may be because your browser... for example: Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, is too old. The quickest fix is to download the latest browser from the browser's associated homepage for free. You should only have to do this once and you should be set for about a year or two. Choose one for the icons below which will take you to the associated homepage for the browser where you can simply download the newest browser for free.

2) I cannot view the MSDS Sheets: If you're having trouble viewing the MSDS Sheets its because they are "PDF" files or Acrobat Reader files. They are specially created files to view formatted text online. Some of its features include: real time scrolling, zooming in and out of the document, downloading the document to disk or harddrive, printing, and copying from the document. It is a very useful tool but it requires a specific program to run on your machine. This program is free and you can download it directly from the Adobe site. 3) The screen size, font, and images are way too big or way too small: Note: The optimal resolution setting to view this website is 1024 X 768. Any resolution that is bigger or smaller will distort the webpage. If you are having this problem, you need to change your resolution settings to 1024 X 768. To change your resolution settings on a PC, go to the "Start" menu, press "Settings", then "Control Panel", and then the "Display" icon.
Now from the "Display Properties" menu,on the top right click on the "Settings" tab. Then, in the lower right hand corner, in the box labeled "Screen Area", drag the meter button to the left or right, so that the settings read "1024 X 768".
When set, click the "Apply" button in the lower right hand corner. Immediately a "Display Properties" message will appear asking if you want to proceed to change the resolution of your computer. Click "OK" to resize your screen.
Another pop up message will appear, once again click "OK" to accept the new settings. Congratulations, if you managed to go through all these steps correctly then your resolution has been officially changed and will be able to view this site optimally and also view other websites with the same appearance. If you ever need to change the settings again, go through the steps once more and change your resolution to whatever setting you desire.
